As part of this, you’ll join a high-performing team led by a grounded, forward-thinking CEO. With the executive team now moving into its ‘norming’ phase, they’re seeking a seasoned financial leader to take the reins from a long-standing CFO—someone ready to springboard from a strong, stable foundation to lead systems optimisation, drive smarter reporting, and shape innovation across the organisation.
You’ll lead a small, well-functioning team, guide financial strategy, drive efficiencies, and work side-by-side with the CEO to shape ideation and capital planning, revenue streams, and board-level decision-making.

✔ A collaborative, emotionally intelligent CFO (or ready-now No.2) who values trust and transparency
✔ A values-aligned leader who thrives in a high-accountability, no-autocrat zone
✔ A strategic thinker who backs decisions with evidence and enables others to succeed
✔ CPA or CA qualification, and a degree in Business, Commerce or Accounting
You’re perfect for this role if you bring:
✔ Proven experience leading financial operations, compliance, and reporting in healthcare, aged care, NGO or complex service environments
✔ Deep experience across budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and risk
✔ A calm, collaborative leadership style with the confidence to guide Board-level conversations
✔A hands-on approach and comfort leading a small team
