Looking for a Clinical Educator role where you can really make a difference?

We’re looking for someone who really gets aged care, someone who’s worked on the floor, knows the daily pressures, and wants to help others grow.
What’s the job?
This is a hands-on, visible role working across three residential homes. You’ll:
- Deliver face-to-face training on key clinical topics
- Run toolbox talks and coach staff
- Help shape education calendars
- Support teams through reforms and continuous improvement
You’ll work closely with their quality and executive team and see the impact of your work every day.
What you’ll bring:
✔ AHPRA Registered Nurse
✔ Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or working towards it)
✔ Solid clinical skills and aged care experience
✔ Confident running training sessions and writing up documentation
✔ A calm, proactive approach — someone who leads with heart
✔ A valid driver’s licence
