Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for transformational aged and disability care? Do you thrive in regional remote settings, with a heart for First Nations communities and a commitment to person-centred, culturally safe care?
As Manager, you’ll:
- Drive strategic service development and compliance with the new Aged Care Standards
- Mentor and empower 4 community-based aged care teams + Assistant Manager
- Collaborate with Government, funding partners, and First Nations leaders
- Contribute to identify opportunities for growth, grants, and quality care delivery
- Ensure cultural responsiveness, safety, and sustainability across services
About You
You’re an experienced aged care leader (RN-qualified) who brings:
- Minimum 3 years in a management or senior clinical role
- AHPRA registration (essential), plus current First Aid, CPR, vaccinations
- Experience leading teams in aged care (disability services- a bonus)
- High-level communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative, humble, and values-aligned leadership style
