- Steer a wonderful community NFP organisation

READY TO LEAD WITH HEART, HEAD AND PURPOSE?
We’re looking for a CEO who brings equal parts heart and commercial strength.
This is a community-grown provider with deep local roots. The organisation is entering a period of change, and it needs a leader who can bring clarity, drive and a calm, steady hand.
You’ll step into a committed team ready for direction, a Board that backs bold ideas, and a service that’s ready for a strong, sustainable future.
AND YOU ARE…?
A seasoned senior leader who can unite people around a shared purpose and make the numbers work. Someone who leads with presence, measured approach and humility.
You also bring:
- Senior leadership experience (CEO, COO, GM or similar)
- Tertiary qualifications in business, health or a related field
- Proven experience in business improvement
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience in aged care or human services
- Emotional intelligence, patience and resilience
- Confidence in governance, compliance and navigating reform
Reporting to the Board, your responsibilities span:
- Overseeing operations across residential aged care, retirement living and affordable housing
- Leading through sector reform
- Workforce engagement and retention
- Strategic planning, partnership building and community visibility
- Building high-trust relationships with the Board, families, residents and staff
WHAT MAKES THIS ORGANISATION ONE YOU’D WANT TO WORK FOR?
This is a place built by the community, for the community where exceptional care is at the heart of everything they do.
Since the 1970s, locals have poured their time, heart, and hands into creating a not-for-profit service that supports older people to age with dignity, connection, and meaning.
As CEO, you’ll be supported by a dedicated Board that wants to do good work and do it well.
You’ll step into a leadership role that offers not only a generous salary, relocation support and NFP benefits, but also the opportunity to lead a highly capable management team and truly become part of a tight-knit coastal community.
This is where your next move could mean something more.
