AND YOU ARE…?
You’ll need hands-on aged care case management and client advocacy experience, along with:
- Clinical experience as an RN or EN is a bonus but not essential
- Strong administrative skills and understanding of home care standards
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in navigating My Aged Care and relevant systems
Reporting to the Home Care Manager your responsibilities include:
- Managing new client intakes and creating bespoke care plans
- Building and nurturing relationships
- Being a team player and collaborating to deliver exceptional in-home care
- Providing specialist advice to clients, families and carers
- Coordinating home care services with regular check ins
- Upholding documentation to meet regulatory standards
