While the job title might say Senior Clinical Manager, the leader we’re looking for is actually a Master Weaver.

Because they’ll need passion and a vision for the day-to-day tapestry of life, both within this amazing new facility and the local community. They love being hands on, observing and guiding each strand and detail to bring out the best. With a deft touch for smoothing out the tangles and knots, their goal is to create a cohesive and harmonious whole.

AND YOU ARE…?

While high-level verbal and written communication skills will help you put a good spin on things, you’ll also need:

  • RN AHPRA Registration 
  • Aged Care management experience 
  • Clinical leadership and people management experience 
  • Strong problem solving capability 
  • Experience in care model planning and implementation, quality and compliance

Reporting to the fabulous CEO, your responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a positive working culture where staff feel happy, supported and safe 
  • Building a highly functioning clinical team and maintaining staff capability   
  • Forming strong bonds with families, residents and the local community  
  • Developing, mentoring and coaching the clinical team 
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
