AND YOU ARE?
Extensive management experience in residential aged care, home care, NDIS or health sector is the first green signal you’re on the right track. You’ll also require:
- AHPRA RN registration
- Demonstrated success in managing health services operations including HR, clinical governance and change management
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and legislative requirements
- Exceptional relationship management skills that lead to high levels of community and employee engagement
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Reporting to the Executive Leader, Service Integrated Communities, you will:
- Lead and manage all aspects of residential care home operations
- Deliver high level resident satisfaction with a commitment to resident-directed care
- Form strong bonds with residents, families and local community
- Cultivate and maintain a positive workplace culture, keeping the team’s wheels turning smoothly to prevent derailments
