AND YOU ARE?
- A Registered Nurse with at least 1 year’s experience (Aged Care experience is not essential, but AHPRA Certification as an RN is
- Passionate about working in healthcare
- Committed to ongoing professional development
- A great listener and communicator
- A compassionate and clear-sighted team player
Reporting to the Care Manager/Clinical Lead, your responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality care to residents
- Working collaboratively to provide guidance, education and support to the care team and their families
- Maintaining and upholding documentation
- Ensuring nursing and care practice meets resident need and priorities
