AND YOU ARE…?
While aged care experience is ideal to get ahead of the pack, you must have:
- AHPRA RN Qualification
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Reporting to the highly supportive Director of Nursing, your responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring the carers to provide high-quality care
- Actively engaging with residents, their families, and staff
- Upholding documentation and systems
