AND YOU ARE…? 

A self-assured doer and finisher with meaningful home care leadership and management experience, you also: 

  • Have experience developing and marketing a home care business 
  • Possess clinical governance oversight and experience 
  • Are ideally a Registered Nurse  
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in related field (essential)  
  • Are comfortable developing frameworks for the service that will enable growth 
  • Understand home care compliance and standards 
  • Demonstrate financial acumen 

Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities include: 

  • Providing home care services (CHSP and HCP) to a culturally diverse client base  
  • Optimising growth opportunities  
  • Training, developing and leading the team 
  • Developing service frameworks that enable growth, compliance and a positive team culture
