About the Role:
As the HR & Admin Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our people and administrative operations. Your days will be filled with variety—advertising roles, coordinating interviews, onboarding new team members, maintaining staff records, and assisting with reporting and multiple project coordination activities. You’ll also provide occasional support to rostering and payroll when needed. You will play a key role in keeping things running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with the Business Manager and Residential Services Manager to ensure new staff feel welcomed, supported, and well-integrated into their roles.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 HR/Admin experience or strong office support background, ideally within a similar industry (but not essential).
🔹 A team focussed mindset—you thrive in a role where you support and connect with others.
🔹 Highly organised—you can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
🔹 Problem-solving ability—you’re quick to adapt and find solutions.
🔹 Attention to detail—accuracy in documentation and HR processes is key.
🔹 Tech-savvy—mid to high-level proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for formatting, editing, and layout. HR/payroll system experience is a bonus.
What’s On Offer? 💰
💵 $75K – $80K + Super
