AND YOU ARE?
Naturally, you hold formal accounting qualifications and current membership as either a CPA or CA. You’ll also have:
- Strong financial management experience in service-based or human services sectors.
- Experience building systems and workflows that support great business decisions and assure regulatory compliance.
- Confidence working with all levels of an organisation – Board, CEO and operations.
- A strong sense of integrity and accountability.
- Well-honed leadership experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Reporting to the CEO, your remit includes:
- Leading financial operations: payroll, administration, rostering, risk, fiduciary responsibilities, and reporting.
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing finance and admin team.
- Supporting the strategic plan through effective financial leadership.
- Innovating processes and optimising systems for efficiency.
- Preparing the organisation for aged care funding reforms.
- Enhancing the finance function.
- Delivering effective, timely, ‘on point’ board reports.
