Reporting to the charismatic CEO, the role includes:

  • Optimising team performance
  • Collaborating with CEO maintaining approved provider status
  • Strategic goal achievement
  • Innovating, expanding and delivering meaningful services for        seniors
  • Ensuring Aged Care Services exceed industry standards and regulations – anticipating the turn of the cards
  • Stakeholder Engagement, representing organisation with stakeholders, Government and public
  • Ensuring financial sustainability – commercial viability and alignment with organisational targets/industry benchmarking
  • 60% ops + 40% strategy (hands-on in operations with keen eye for strategy)
  •  Commitment to organisational values and vision
