AND YOU ARE…?

While 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Clinical Service Manager is desirable, you must have certification as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA), along with:

  • Leadership and staff management experience
  • Top level reporting skills and Care Plan administration management
  • Knowledge of aged care legislation, change and Standards

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Aged Care experience is a bonus

Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with clinical service excellence standards
  • Overseeing strategic workforce planning
  • Being an integral member of the leadership team
  • Building relationships with residents and families as the organisation’s “face”
  • Collaborating with hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle teams
  • Managing clinical systems, ensuring seamless interface operations
  • Supporting the CEO in special projects to improve operations and compliance
