AND YOU ARE…?
While 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Clinical Service Manager is desirable, you must have certification as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA), along with:
- Leadership and staff management experience
- Top level reporting skills and Care Plan administration management
- Knowledge of aged care legislation, change and Standards
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Aged Care experience is a bonus
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with clinical service excellence standards
- Overseeing strategic workforce planning
- Being an integral member of the leadership team
- Building relationships with residents and families as the organisation’s “face”
- Collaborating with hospitality, maintenance, and lifestyle teams
- Managing clinical systems, ensuring seamless interface operations
- Supporting the CEO in special projects to improve operations and compliance
